Val McGough has been married to Rick McGough since 1979. They have 3 children and 4 grandchildren, with a 5th on the way. Val has served as a pastor’s wife for over 35 years. She is a licensed minister with the Assemblies of God and now serves as Chaplain in the Quad Cities area for Marketplace Chaplains USA. Val is a very active Grandmother and a supportive wife. She travels with Rick when their schedules permit and is a part of the leadership team for Local Church Apologetics. Val is a gifted singer and she often ministers in song when traveling with Rick as well as when conducting Chapel services.
